Ken Isono

Ken Isono

After graduating an undergraduate university, Ken joined Recruit Co., Ltd. where he worked as advertisement sales representative. Later he joined a wind power company and covered from development to construction and maintenance of wind farms across Japan. In June 2011, he established Shizen Energy Inc., appointing himself to its representative director. He currently leads project development collaborating with local industries, and co-leads juwi Shizen Energy Inc. founded in January 2013, as one of its directors.

Ken holds MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Kenji Kawado

After graduating an undergraduate university, Kenji lead development and financing arrangement of large-scale wind farms, and negotiated with utility companies and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, at a wind power company. Upon establishing Shizen Energy Inc. in June 2011, he assumed a director position, and became a representative director in December of the same year. He currently covers project development and financing arrangement, as well as management of IPP projects.

Kenji holds BSc from School of Science & Technology at Keio University.

Masaya Hasegawa

After graduating a graduate school, Masaya joined ABeam Consulting Ltd. (formerly the Japanese arm of Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting), where he was engaged in business process improvement projects at large financial institutions. Later he joined a wind power company where he met with Ken and Kenji, and covered development and feasibility study of wind farms. He co-founded Shizen Energy Inc. in June 2011 assuming one of its director positions, and turned himself into a representative director in December of the same year. He currently leads designing, procuring, constructing, operating and maintaining of power plants, and co-leads juwi Shizen Energy Inc. as one of its representative directors.

Masaya graduated from Graduate School of Management of Technology, at Shibaura Institute of Technology.

Jan Warzecha

Jan Warzecha

After finishing his university studies, Jan gathered experience for 9 years in strategy consulting for different industries and a variety of functional topics with Europe based OC&C strategy consultants.

In 2007 he joined juwi AG in the function of corporate development.

Between 2007 and 2016 he held different positions within juwi group in the areas of R&D, business development and operative responsibility for wind and solar engineering and construction in Germany and EMEA.

In 2016 Jan joined juwi Shizen Energy and became Representative Director of juwi Shizen Energy and juwi Shizen Energy Operation in December 2016.

Jan combines strategical and analytical skills from business consulting and 9+ years of experience in renewable energies with management experience and a strong technical background.

Jan holds a PhD in Physics from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.

Kumiko Isono

Kumiko Isono

Kumiko became a representative director at juwi Shizen Operation Inc. in April 2015 after joining Shizen Energy's Corporate Planning division in January 2014.
Prior to Shizen Energy Inc., Kumiko worked at a management consulting firm, responsible for developing business management and marketing strategies for sectors including energy, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

She holds a bachelor's degree in policy management from Keio University and a master's degree in business administration from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
