Business Overview
We promote decarbonization in Hokkaido through dialogue with local governments and companies in the region, and support the formulation of plans to introduce equipment to achieve this. In addition, we work with local academic institutions to develop new technologies that contribute to regional decarbonization.
In the area of power development, we are promoting local production and local consumption of renewable energy by building microgrids and supplying power through corporate PPAs, while also promoting power development that coexists with local communities in Hokkaido.
We will also be developing and deploying grid storage batteries to increase the balancing capacity of the local power infrastructure.
